It is with much
sadness that Rex and the War and Peace team announce that Dougie
Preece, a regular stallholder at the War and Peace show who could not
attend this year's show because of a terminal illness, passed away
yesterday afternoon.
|
Dougie was a loveable character and will be missed by those who knew him.
A stand has been erected at Dougie's old pitch at the War and Peace show in honour of his memory.
