1st Battalion The Royal East Kent Regiment (The Buffs) during
The WW2 Western
Desert Campaign period of Operation Crusader. Our mission
is to keep alive the memory
and actions of one of the oldest infantry regiments
of the line. We are extremely fortunate
and gratefully supported by The Queens Own Buffs regimental Association. Our members
range from ex servicemen to military enthusiasts; we are looking for
enthusiastic new members
but due to our link with the Regimental Association
all new members will be vetted for suitability.
