This book compiled by the late Edwin Hale and John Frayn Turner, was published by Midas Books in 1983. The editor's cover 33 personal memoirs of Americans as they arrived in England in 1942. It covers their experiences both here and overseas. It is 224pp with 35 b/w photos. The copies I have are hardback which are unread and unused, with some signs of shelfwear. An amazing collection of stories from all services.
