Section: Living History
What is your role and title at War & Peace?: Part of the Gulf War living history group.
Are you happy in your role or is there something else you would prefer to do?: I think I have a good balance of relaxing, socialising and helping out the War and Peace Show on the front gate or on the door of the Victory Marquee.
How many years have you been involved in War & Peace and why did you become involved?: 10 years with my Dad.
What do your friends and family think of your involvement, do they support you and in what way?: Friends and family are very supportive. If they aren't participating in the show they take time out to come and visit.
Do you travel far to War & Peace, how do you get there and in what?: 40-45 miles each way, travelling in one of my Dad's vehicles.
Why do you keep coming back for more?: The atmosphere

What do you enjoy most about War & Peace and what could you add to it?: Everything.
What do you enjoy least about War and Peace and what could you do to improve it?: More shower units are needed throughout the site.
If there were anything you could change about War & Peace what would it be and how would you assist in making these changes?: Improve security for everyone against the un-invited who seem to want to spoil things for the majority.
What is your job in the real world, have you always done this and do you have any military background?: A-level student, going to university in October 07. Have been an army cadet since the age of 12. Hope to go to Sandhurst for a career as an army officer.
What is your favourite story about your involvement or a friends involvement in War & Peace?: I have so many great times.
How do you see the show developing in the future? Will you still be involved and what can you do to promote the future of War & Peace?: I am sure it will just keep growing and getting better. I always tell my fiends about the show and how much fun I have had.
What military vehicle clubs do you belong to and when did you join?: Heathrow and West London Branch of MVT for 4 years.
Do you assist in any other military shows and in what role?: Only doing display and living history at other shows throughout the year with the group.
Do you own a military vehicle, did you restore this yourself, and are you involved in re-enactment? Have you ever been a trader?: I helped my Dad with his vehicles.
Do you have photographs of your vehicle(s)?: Yes, I will add them to my gallery
Do you have photographs of your re-enactments?: No
What is the attraction for you about the whole military scene?: I have been brought up around the military.
When and where did you first become involved in the military hobby?: As an army cadet at age 12.
If you had a never ending budget which would be the 5 vehicles you would buy?: LRDG Chevy Truck

Which is your favourite bar at War & Peace and why? And where do you most like to eat?: On our living history display at our annual regimental dinner.
Other than War & Peace what is your idea of a perfect weekend?: Doing cadet stuff and being out with mates.
